The house is situated approximately 1 hours drive from Tagbilaran City, along the main coast road, in the small village of Malinao. Located on a hill surrounded by coconut trees and beautiful scenery whilst overlooking the South China Sea, the location is picturesque!

The house is privately owned by us - a Filipino/British family, based in London. The property has 2 bedrooms, living and dining area, fully functional kitchen, bathroom with shower, and good sized balcony. There are also gardens (fresh coconuts!) a BBQ/Patio area and a traditional Filipino drinking hut!
